I'M A VERY SMOOTHIES ADDICTED! they are too easy and quick to prepare , rich with vitamins and protein and healthier than anything else to have on breakfast! otherwise , it's very very good and helpful for your hair and skin , maybe some of you won't like some kinda veggies and fruits , but remember that adding flavors you like won't be bad , if you like chocolate flavor try to add some unsweetend cacao or chocolate protein powder , same with other flavors … let's get started!
serving size ( 1 )
- 1 medium banana
- 3/4 cup of almond milk or any other type you like
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango
- handful of spinach
- ice ( optional depends on how cold you like it )
- some chia seeds for the topping " optional "
* note : feel free to choose the frozen fruit , you could choose mango or banana
in the blender , put all of the ingredients together and blend the mixture very very well tell it gets the good texture of the smoothie , serve it with a bit of chia seeds if you like , bon appétit Xx
