Healthy vegan pancakes – no added sugar

so first of all i'm not a vegan person , but it's a good thing to take break from time to another , this recipe so healthy , quick and an absolute great choice for breakfast , it's easy to prepare and doesn't take too much time while preparing , hopefully you'll like to try it πŸ™‚

– the ingredients below are to make 8 mini pancakes / 6 medium / 4-5 big pieces

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup almond milk – or any other vegan type , as you want –
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or any other vegan healthy alternative to white flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a little bit of salt
  • maple syrup , honey , coconut flakes , berries , bananas or anything you want for the toppings

Instructions :

in a bowl , mix the liquid ingredients together , then add the flour and the baking powder and the salt  . stir the whole mixture with a whisk . Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray , cook them until tops are covered with bubbles , carefully turn them over and cook them until bottoms are lightly browned , repeat these steps with the whole mixture .

add the toppings you want , and then it's completely done!
